Photography contest under the motto:

“My loveliest moment in Cala Santanyí”

Every year we open our arrangement with joy, new ideas and good wishes for our guests. This year already for the 50th. time! We would like to celebrate this event with all our guests who take vacation this year with us. We are glad if you send us your best holiday photo.

ADULT:

• 1. Price: one week in one apartment with half board for 4 people.
• 2. Price: 3 days in one apartment with half board for 4 people.
• 3. Price: 100.00 Eur. (for consumption at the hotel)

CHILDREN FROM 7 TO 16 YEARS:

• 1. Price: A digital camera.
• 2. Price: Slackline + 1 T-shirt
• 3. Price: 1 T-shirt + backpag

Conditions of participation:

The participation is in the time between 16th. of April to 25th. of October, 2011 possibly, the winners are determined on the 27th. of October, 2011 in an evening party and will be informed of course also by e-mail.

All people who take vacation in 2011 as a guest at the hotel or Apartments Cala Santanyí are eligible. A person takes part in the lottery, while he fills up the registration form by I want to participate in photo contest and upload 1 - 5 photos (minimum resolution of the largest edge of the photo: 1.200 pixels. Maximum resolution of the largest edge: 3.000 pixels). The participant is responsible for the correctness; in particular of his e-mail address and/or postal address, telephone number, himself.

Apartamentos Cala Santanyí S.A. it will get in touch with the winner of the contest to obtain the acceptance of the award. It is understood that the candidate who takes part accepts the present bases. Not acceptance of the award in the conditions concentrated on the present bases will involve the entire resignation to the same one. The user accepts to transfer to free title to Apartamentos Cala Santanyí S.A. the rights of reproduction, distribution, transformation and public communication, in all the possible forms, of the photos that he sends, for the whole world and for the maximum duration at present foreseen in the law for the protection of the yielded rights and with transfer faculty to third. The user, who sends the photos, guarantees to be a holder of the rights of intellectual property that for virtue of this contract yields and, therefore, there will keep undamaged to Apartamentos Cala Santanyí S.A. opposite to any claim of third derivative of the nonperformance of the said guarantee. In any moment you will be able to exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition going in writing: calasanta@hotelcalasantanyi.com. Although the photos selected by the jury will not be able to be eliminated. The operator reserves himself to change any time the conditions of participation and to finish the lottery or the raffle any time for important reason without advance advice or to interrupt. The legal way is excluded.

To know well
- The main winners can redeem his trip within the next two years. The arrangement of the holiday season space (except in Juli and August) occurs individually between the hotel and the winner.
- The hotel and Apartments Cala Santanyi bear the costs for the apartment and the half board (breakfast and dinner) for max. 4 people. The winner himself bears all additional costs, like flight, car rental, transfer, drinks, etc.

Of these prices are not compensated and are not transferable. Now we wish all small and big photographers a lot of fun and success with the participation.

 

 

Nanaworkshop
“Building Power Women by yourself”
with Brigitte W. Karasek, artist and expert in art and creativity

Do you know the sensually round and colourful papier-mâché figures from the artist Niki des Saint Phalle? Inspired by the many patterns and suggestions we are going to create ourselves these heroines of a fulfilled life of women during four mornings. The bright and friendly course room "Sala Picasso“ is on the 2nd floor of the apartment building.

As material we use wood for the socket and substructure, then wire and finally paper and acrylate. We paint the figurines with the easy to handle acrylic paint and with the Firnis Spray we achieve the lustre. The Nanas are suitable for interiors as well as exteriors. In order that you can take home the Nana without trouble in your hand luggage we create Nanas with a maximum hight of 50 cm (up to the head). You can adorn the Nanas with sequins, small rhinestones and „hair“ (all material will be provided). Regarding the great interest showed by the gentlemen: This course is NOT only for ladies.
